Annual General Meeting 2023
Caerphilly Golf Club, Thursday 12th October
following the usual Thursday walks.

A buffet will be served at 1 pm
and the meeting will commence at 2 pm.
Subscriptions for 2023/2024 will be due at the meeting (£6).
A membership + buffet package costs £10.
To enable catering arrangements to be made, those who wish to take advantage of the subsidized buffet should
email judithbjones@live.co.uk by 30th September.

Christmas Dinner
Thursday 7th December at Bryn Meadows Golf Club
11:30 a.m., lunch served at 12:15.
Menu choices can be made on the day.

Roast crown of turkey, stuffing, roast potatoes & parsnip,
pigs in blankets, vegetables, gravy or
Mushroom & cranberry wellington, roast potatoes & parsnip,

Christmas pudding (v), brandy crême anglaise or
Profiteroles, chantilly cream, chocolate orange sauce
Tea, coffee
A Rod Stewart tribute starts at 2 p.m.

A return coach Caerphilly-Bryn Meadows is being arranged
It will leave Caerphilly bus/railway station at 11:30 a.m.
and return from Bryn Meadows at 4:15 p.m.
Depending on numbers the approximate cost will be £9.
